What a weekend....

Friday night, it became shockingly cold and wet. I still can't believe the severity of that raincloud that rolled in, ending what had been mostly a warm and sunny day. I was also incredibly tired, for whatever reason, and found myelf in bed by 11:00.

Sat. morning I got up, made a big breakfast, ate it, digested it for a bit, then went to the beer store, and made some beer. Greg helped and finished up the process while I headed off to the firts of my three soccer games this weekend. After that, I rushed back to the house, where I met Vicki to head up to Lynwood for Jen's b-day celebration dinner thing at Buca di Beppo. I had never been to Buca di Beppo before, and it was quite good, and put me in the mood for a good old fasioned mob rub-out. I ate too much, had a bunch of wine, then we came back here for an official post-func at The House, and I drank more beer. I pretty much hit the wall and was ready to pass out, and people thankfully started to leave.

Today, I played in two more soccer games, then headed down to Seahawks Stadium to watch the Sounders play the Portland Timbers to a 1-0 victory. Tyler accompanied me, and I used the first two tickets of the twelve vouchers I have for any home Sounders game this season (so if anyone's interested, let me know). We were sitting in the front row, near the corner, right next to the drum guys. It was a bit loud, but provided good atmosphere.

I came home, had some leftovers from Buca's, watched the HI-larious Simpsons double feature, and now I'm writing this...

... and its 5 (five) days until Memorial day weekend.
