Today has been the day of General Malaise and Severe Lassitude. My sleep cycle (the Circadian rythym, as it were) is still all fucked up, and now I may be perpetuating it by breaking my steadfast "no coffee after 3:00 pm rule."
I tried to go for a run. Knowing I needed to do Something to give my physiology a boost, I decided to head over to Discovery Park and do my 4.5 mile down-to-the-lighthouse-loop, in walk-jog form, knowing that running the whole thing was out fo the question. I ended up walking 2/3's of it, including All uphill protions. I feel like a bit of a pussy, but I also know that when recovering from illness, it is best not to push things too hard, or one merely extends the recovery period.
