so, the concept of the "INSOLENT HOTHEAD" line was to make challenging, strong beers that were either slightly unusual, or just plain strong. This first effort, was, frankly, nothing special, and fell well short of what the name was supposed to be all about. So in the future, this will be the space for some of the more "experimental" and/or "challenging" brews that we try.
