We started brewing in late November '01, and tasted our first beer that New Year's Eve. So now that we've been around for more than a year, and have made a number of different styles, we have a pretty good idea of what we like to make, and what time of year we like to make it. Most of what we've made we will most likely make again, with a few inevitable changes to keep things fresh. In this manner, most of what we make is "seasonal," but we have a few beers that we make whenever we feel like it as well. So take a look at some of the styles, and about when you can expect them, but keep in mind everything on here is subject to change at our whims.
